My truck broke down on I-81 on a Sunday morning. I called The nearest truck repair shop which (fortunately)was Shenandoah Valley Diesel. Although they were closed Jim answered my phone call. He arranged a tow and Monday morning got to work on my truck. He and his crew quickly diagnosed and got my truck running great at a very reasonable price. It was a blessing. I live in N.H. but will use S.V.D for all my maintenance and repairs when I can. I have owned my own service station and I was treated how I would treat my customers, honestly and professionally. I would give Jim more than a 5 star rating if I could.
